How can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

Custom & Bespoke Orders: Due to the handcrafted nature of our bespoke pieces, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at clientexperience@genteelhome.co with your order details.

What if I receive the wrong product?

We sincerely apologize for any mix-up with your order. If you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right!

Here’s what to do:

Contact Us – Reach out to our support team at clientrelations@genteelhome.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Details – Share your order number, photos of the item received, and a brief description of the issue.

Return & Replacement – Once verified, we’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. We’ll also provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no additional cost.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes! If you receive a faulty or defective item, we’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to assessment.

– Not all items may be eligible for replacement. Exchanges apply to:

1) Items with manufacturing defects.

2) Items damaged during shipping (must be reported upon receipt).

3) Incorrect items received.

Exchanges do not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

– Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement. If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

1) Are unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

2) Were received damaged or defective (must be reported within 7 days).

3) Are incorrect or mismatched from your order.

Custom-made or final-sale items are non-returnable.

1) Your order number.

2) Photos of the item.

3) Reason for return.

3️⃣ Return Approval – Once reviewed, we’ll confirm if your return is approved and provide instructions on where to send the item.

4️⃣ Shipping the Item – Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

5️⃣ Exchange – After inspection, we’ll process your store credit, or replacement.
